Our state-of-the-art Self-Storage and logistics facility in southern Spain opened in September 2014 on the Polígono Dehesilla, industrial estate close to both Estepona and Manilva, and was purpose-built to meet the growing demand for professional, secure Self-Storage and house removal services on the Costa del Sol. Strategically located just 1km from the AP7 motorway and within 30km of major ports, we are ideally positioned to serve clients across the entire region — from Estepona and Marbella to Sotogrande and Gibraltar. 

 

Whether you are a private individual, an expat relocating between Spain and the UK, relocating from Spain to another country, a seasonal resident, or a business requiring flexible storage solutions, we have the facilities and expertise to meet your needs. Our modern facility spans over 1,200 m² offering individual storage rooms ranging from 6 to 50 cubic metres and from 2027, we are expanding further - to keep up with demand.  

 

Unlike traditional wooden crate storage which is out dated and decreasingly offered as companies modernise, our storage rooms are constructed from metal panels, and are secure, clean, well-lit, and climate-appropriate. Each room has its own individual lock, and the entire facility is of course fully monitored 24/7 by CCTV - with police-linked alarms, giving you complete peace of mind. We are equipped with modern forklift machinery capable of handling loads of up to 2,200kg, allowing us to manage even the largest and most complex deliveries with ease.

We're just 10-15 minutes from Estepona and around 25-30 from Marbella. And for clients slightly further afield, we offer a discounted or sometimes free collection service.
